Thanks Tom and the Staff at DC Auto for a great job on the fuel pump on my '97 Expedition. I let PBoys work on it because they were close to where it broke down but after 2 weeks and 4 fuel pumps I couldn't take it any longer. I had heard about DC Auto and so I called Tom Greathouse. I made the drive from Cobb County to DC Auto and it was well worth the trip. Saved me money and got the right fuel pump installed the first time. It really pays to have experienced mechanics that know what they are doing. 3 weeks later the transmission started to slip. With 300,000 miles on it, I was not taking any chances. I headed straight to DC Auto. They rebuilt the transmission and had me back on the road in 4 days. Thanks again DC Auto, you have earned my business.

Tom takes care of both my 2005 Pilot and my husband's car, and what I really like is how these guys don't high pressure me about buying something every time I'm in. They check everything on my car and tell me what's going on, and HELP me decide what I should do for good maintenance and what can wait. They're OK if you get out of the shop without spending much money. They want you happy...they want to keep your car running good...and they want you as a customer for life. That's exactly what they'll tell you too. I really like the way they do business and I will continue to go back. Prices are in line with everybody else, and cheaper on some things; I like the nationwide warranty too. Highly recommend.

Last week your shop repaired my '07 Nissan Sentra, and I just wanted to thank you guys for everything. I've been taking my vehicle to you for routine maintenance for the past few months, but I was worried about the cost of the repairs for this specific visit. After calling a few places beforehand, I was prepared for something in the $900-$1500 range including labor. Your total ended up being significantly less around the $650 range, which included labor. That was definitely a positive. And, the repairs went smoothly too! No problems at all, and the car drives like new. Thank you! I support local businesses as much as possible. Most of the time, I find superior customer service with local business. D.C. Auto delivers on this as well. I especially like how D.C. Auto has a mechanic greet you upon parking the car to find out your issue. Never experienced that with any other auto shop. Thanks again for the wonderful service and fixing my car. My 2007 Nissan Sentra was bought slightly used at 6000 miles. It's now at 60K, and I was experiencing weird grinding/gurgling noises when accelerating from a stop, and popping noises when turning left or right. D.C. Auto found that my car was in a minor accident before I purchased it, which has caused these issues to become noticeable after time. This minor accident wasn't included in the CarFax report, nor was the issue found when I took it in to Nissan for a checkup after purchasing the vehicle. After a short test drive with one of the mechanics, he showed me all the problem areas. I was thinking it was going to be an atrocious price, like $1500, and it turned out to be much less than I thought. Only $600. Now, I just received my car from the shop and wanted to write this review and noticed the first review titled, "scam alert." Just to see what my price would have been in another shop, I contacted a few local places and told them what work was done on the car. It was either the same within a few dollars or much more elsewhere. [Read, dealership.] Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and the people are very personable. Once you park your car, you are greeted by a mechanic to find out what your needs are. To me, that's what separates this place from the other shops I've taken my car to. That and the good work they do. My car actually runs like new now, and it's nice driving around not worrying about whether it's about to die or not.

Hi Tom, You do not know how grateful I'am for how very helpful you and craig, Mya, not sure how his named is spelled and, craig (former employee) has told me the other mechanics name but I have forgotten, sorry, but you all are wonderful, moving here 18 months ago, hard leaving a good full time job, part time job, family, friends, own home, now in a lower level apartment of my daughters, and starting over with less pay, and no man i my life to help out with auto problems, now I have 4 men in my life to help me with that, I thank you all so much, Try so much to be independant, but when it comes to auto problems, well, I sure need help, I have been stranded a few times and you are there to rescue me! it always hppens when my son-in-law is out of town and he is so busy that even when hes home, hes not available and does not have the time or equipment to help out.
